Kiri Labs ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital research tools, API access, and specialized software platforms via the Kiri platform (kiri.ng). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

2. Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access provided upon purchase (including but not limited to API credits, subscription tiers, and premium research tool access), all sales are generally final. Once a digital service has been activated or credits have been utilized, they are non-refundable.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-month cancellations.

4. Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a technical failure that prevented access to a paid service, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@kiri.ng. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, provide a refund or credit if the issue is verified as a system error.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve billing disputes. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your account and associated data.
